Pre-Administration for Registered AP Exams

All students registered to take an AP exam May 2017 MUST complete the pre-administrative materials.

  • You must be registered already.
  • This will occur before school on our Spring testing days as follows.
  • Please bring at least one #2 lead pencil

  • You must be registered already.
  • Do NOT attend if you are ONLY taking AP Chinese or AP Studio Art (those are done electronically)
  • This will occur before school on our Spring testing days as follows.
  • Please bring at least one #2 lead pencil 

ALL SOPHOMORES taking AP exams must report: Tuesday, April 18 in the Commons, at 9:30 AM.

ALL SENIORS taking AP exams must report: Friday, April 21 in the Commons, at 8:30 AM.

ALL JUNIORS taking AP exams must report: Wednesday, April 26 in the Commons, at 8:00 AM.

The Academic Awards Program is sponsored by the Academic Boosters to recognize students for their academic achievements. Students receive recognition for the consecutive semesters in which they receive a grade point average of 3.5 or above.  Students receive recognition based on the total number of consecutive semesters overall as indicated below (see below).  All classes count toward the grade point average.

  • One, two & three semesters – Certificate
  • Four semesters – Certificate and DV Block Letter & Torch Lamp Patch
  • Five semesters – Certificate and Honor Pin
  • Six semesters – Certificate and Academic Pin
  • Seven semesters – Certificate and Academic Patch
  • National Merit Scholar Finalist – Plaque (presented at the Senior Awards Ceremony)


Eligibility for this year's Academic Awards

Please note that the maximum number of semesters that a senior can accumulate is 7.

Freshmen can only earn one semester their freshman year

Academic Awards will be distributed in their English classes in May. Please check your transcript for more information. 


Students must fill out this form by March 31st, in order to receive a printed award certificate. 





AP Chinese Language and Culture Exam - SRVUSD students who are NOT currently enrolled in the AP Chinese Class at their high school are given an opportunity to test on May 19, 2017.  Available seats are limited to 30 with priority given to upper class students.  Exam fees apply with a reduced fee for qualified students.
