Hello Wildcat Fans!


Welcome to Dougherty Valley High School (DVHS) Home of the Wildcats and Traditions in Excellence.  Dougherty Valley High School provides a comprehensive and competitive athletic program where our student athletes are committed to modeling exemplary sportsmanship.   In our inaugural athletic year we are establishing our athletic programs competing against the finest schools in the bay area.
We believe the quality of education and athletics is dependent on the quality of the people engaged in this purpose.  DVHS is proud of our educators/coaches who motivate, inspire, and lead students to understand participation in interscholastic athletics is both an honor and a privilege.  Each student athlete who wears a Dougherty uniform is encouraged and committed to hard work through personal dedication and successes.  Our students are the foundation of the Dougherty Valley reputation—what we call the Dougherty Tradition.
We ask you to please keep in mind the following during today’s competition

  1. Respect for the officials: We expect our players, coaches and fans to interact with officials in a respectful manner. 
  2. Respect for the game: We expect our players, coaches and fans to follow the rules of sportsmanship and support fair play
  3. Respect for opponents:  We want our opponents to be respected, appreciated and congratulated

The Wildcat Athletics Booster serves as the primary booster and fundraising arm of Dougherty Valley High School Athletic Programs.  In order to accomplish this goal, we must dedicate our time and energy to growing our base of fan support.   If you are interested in signing up to be a part of our team, please contact Ted Carter tjcart@aol.com
