“SOS - Stressed-Out Students”

September 23rd, 2008

This Saturday, September 27, from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., at Dinkelspiel Auditorium, Stanford University. “SOS” is a research and intervention project offered by the Stanford University School of Education. With a rise in recent years in the number of students seeking mental health services, an increase in cheating behavior in school, and students’ consistent worry about academic achievement, we feel it is time to bring the community together to address and counter problems associated with academic stress. Keynote speakers include Denise Pope, Madeline Levine, and David Elkind. The event is free and open to the public. RSVP at sosconference@stanford.edu.
