Spring Sports Tryouts

Spring Sports registration has closed.  

Here are the times and locations for Spring Sports Tryouts


Badminton: Tryouts begin Feb. 29th 3:30 - 5:30 in the main gym 

Baseball: Monday Feb. 8th 3:30 - 6pm baseball fields

Softball: Monday Feb. 8th 3:30-6pm softball fields

Track and Field: 3:30 - 5:30 in the stadium

Swimming: Monday Feb. 8th 3:25- 5:30 DVHS aquatic center

Women's Lacrosse: Monday Feb. 8th 5:00-7:30 in the stadium

Men's Lacrosse: Monday Feb. 8th 7:30 - 9:30 in the stadium

Men's Golf: Tuesday Feb. 9th Pleasanton Fairgrounds 2:30

Men's Tennis: Monday Feb. 8th 3:30 - 6pm DVHS tennis courts

Men's Volleyball: Monday Feb. 8th 5-7 @ Windemere Ranch  

STUNT: Monday Feb. 8th 3:30 - 5:30 in the commons


Student Athletes must have their yellow clearance slip to enter tryouts.  See Mrs. Miller if you have questions.

IMPORTANT: New SRVUSD Volunteer Requirements

SRVUSD has a system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. This Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.


ALL adult volunteers will need to go through this new process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes. For more information, and to begin the application process, click here (http://www.srvusd.net/volunteers).

Athletic Physical Education - Spring Sports

To apply for Athletic Physical Education credit for your spring sports season you MUST attend one of two meeting scheduled. 

Tuesday Feb. 16th in the Aux gym during the first 10 minutes of lunch 


Wednesday Feb. 17th after immediately after school in the aux gym

The meeting will only take 5-10 minutes and will go over the requirements to enroll in the program.  Student will receive their APE contract that will be due back to Mrs. Miller by Friday Feb. 19th (before the end of the school day) 

If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Miller  Freshman or student who did not pass FitnessGram their freshman year may not apply.
