We invite you to join us in promoting the positive image of student athletics and continuing to build traditions at Dougherty Valley High School, home of the Wildcats, by becoming an Athletic Boosters Sponsor!  Since our inaugural year of 2007, Dougherty Valley has achieved success in many areas of high school athletics.  Developing student athletes is core to our school's mission statement of “we believe in developing a mindset that allows students to enhance and explore their interests and passions.” Athletics plays a very big part in developing a well-rounded student. In order to continue on our path of success, we rely on the support of our local community.  

 

Why We Need Your Support
We need the partnership and support of the greater San Ramon and nearby business community by way of your sponsorship in order to continue our athletic success. High School athletics in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District are self-funded through Athletic Boosters fundraising efforts. DVHS does not receive any district (tax dollar) funds for equipment, uniforms, transportation, and most coaching stipends. Our Athletic Booster fundraising efforts cover major operating costs of our athletic budget which includes: officials, equipment, athletic trainers, facility, supervision & security, first aid supplies, CIF, NCS & League fees and various general expenses to operate our Athletic Department budget. As our athletic programs grow each year, with over 1,300 current athletes, we need your continued support to maintain our standards of excellence.
