SRVUSD Non-District Course Information

Steps for Non-District Courses:

1. Read our Non-District Course Policy, including the list of approved institutions

2. Register for the outside course

3. Submit a Non-District Course Application (for 2024-25 school & summer advancement)

4. Take the course and get a final grade

5. If you would like the course on your DVHS transcript fill out the Application to Place Credit

6. Request an official transcript to be sent to our registrar, Brissa Jimenez (bjimenez@srvusd.net) by the deadline listed on the Non-District Course page (sent by mail or eTranscript directly to our Registrar from the institution)

SRVUSD Summer Advancement Information

2024-2025 Summer Advancement Application - Deadline June 27, 2024

Important Upcoming Dates:

For 2023-2024

By Friday, May 17, 2024 - for students wishing to put a Spring, 2024 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript. For community college courses whose term end later in May, the deadline is extended to May 31, 2024 (applies to 9th-11th grade students only)

For 2024-2025

For current eighth grade students wishing to put a NDC on their high school transcript, the course must have been completed after June 5, 2024
Summer Advancement NDC Application must by completed by June 27, 2024
By Friday, August 16, 2024 - for students wishing to use a NDC for advancement purposes. Please plan for shipping time: all transcripts should be ordered from the outside institution by August 9, 2024 to ensure delivery by this deadline.
By Tuesday, September 6, 2024 - for students wishing to put a Summer, 2024 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript
By Friday, January 17, 2025 - for students wishing to put a Fall, 2024 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript
